Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), household profiles, applications, check-ins, and messages you send through forms. We do not collect race, religion, age, or other protected-class data for screening.

How we use it

To run placement, contact you about a role or intro call, send sign-in links, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Families see house-manager applications for their role. House managers see the public job and, once hired or in trial, the household playbook. Vendors (email, hosting) process data on our instructions.

How we review applications

We use software to help organize and review applications. A person on our team reviews every application and makes every decision. Candidates can ask for a human review at any time. Draft for attorney review (Colorado SB26-189).

Retention and rights

Screening and application records are kept for at least three years. You may request access, correction, or deletion at hello@tendthehome.com, subject to that retention duty. State privacy rights, where they apply, will be honored in the final policy.
