Whatever you pay your house manager, our fee stays $3,000.
How you pay
- Free 20-minute fit call. We do not charge until that conversation happens.
- $750 non-refundable deposit to start the search.
- $2,250 balance due within 5 days of an accepted offer, before the first paid day. A paid trial day is not a hire.
If we don’t find your person, you’ve paid $750 and owe nothing more. If you find someone on your own during the search, you owe nothing more.

- First finalists within about 10 business days of approving the job description (2–3 people)
- As many finalists as it takes for 90 days: 2–3 at a time, a new group within 7 business days of your feedback
- Interview scheduling, trial-day plan, and scorecards so you can compare people side by side
- Reference calls and a background check on the person you want to hire
- A starter household playbook template (free for every family)
- Payroll, tax, and insurance basics for household employers, with referrals to payroll providers
- Check-ins at week 1, day 30, and day 90 after the start date
- 90-day replacement guarantee if your house manager leaves for any reason in the first 90 days
