We help busy families hire house managers.

Get a house manager to run your home. We’ll do the hiring.

You don't need to handle it all on your own.

If you’re the one who knows what’s for dinner, when the dog’s vet appointment is, and which permission slip is due Friday, while also working a full-time job, you’re carrying a lot.

A house manager takes over the groceries, laundry, errands, vendors, and family calendar, week after week. We find that person for you.

We write the role, recruit and interview candidates, check references, and bring you vetted finalists in about two weeks. You meet them and say yes to the one who fits.

Running a household is a real job.

It’s 9 p.m. You’re folding laundry and answering work email at the same time. The pediatrician still needs a call back. The furnace filter is overdue. Someone has to be home for the plumber on Thursday, and you’re the only one who remembers the teacher gift.

In most families, nobody is paid to do this work, so it falls on you, and it keeps going after your workday ends. Even with a cleaner or a nanny, you’re often still the one keeping track of all of it.

A house manager takes that job. They notice what needs to be done, plan it, and do it, so you’re not carrying the list in your head anymore.

What a house manager takes off your plate

Groceries get ordered and put away. Dinners get prepped. Laundry gets washed, folded, and put back in the right rooms. The repair person gets booked, someone is home to let them in, and the return gets mailed. Appointments get made, the family calendar stays up to date, and school pickup is covered on the days you need it.

Some families hire for 10 hours a week, and some hire full-time. We build every role around your household.

We handle the hiring, start to finish.

Hiring someone to work in your home shouldn’t become another project you have to manage. So we do it.

We start with a call to learn how your home runs, then write the job description and a fair pay range for your area. We recruit house managers near you and phone-screen and interview them ourselves before you see anyone. When we’ve found strong candidates, we send you two or three finalists with our notes on why each one fits, and we schedule the interviews.

When you have a favorite, we call their references and run a background check with their consent. We help you put together the offer — pay, hours, and start date. Your house manager starts with a household playbook so they know how your home works from day one, and we check in with both of you at 2 weeks, 30 days, and 90 days.

Your part is a couple of calls, meeting the finalists, and saying yes.

How long it takes

It starts with a free 20-minute call. If we’re a good fit, a $750 deposit starts your search, and in the first week we have a 60-minute kickoff call and write your job description.

About two weeks after you approve it, you meet your first finalists. If none of them are right, we send the next group within 7 business days.

When you hire, the $2,250 balance is due. For the first 90 days you’re covered by our replacement guarantee.

$3,000 flat. Pay $750 to start, the rest only when you hire.

That’s the whole price, and we put it on our website so you know it before you call. It never goes up based on what you pay your house manager. It covers the full search, finalists until one fits, the starter household playbook, and our 90-day replacement guarantee. If we don’t find your person, you’ve paid $750 and owe nothing more.

Is this for us?

We work with busy parents who are tired of spending nights and weekends running the house. Many already have a cleaner or a nanny and are still the ones managing everything.

Some are expecting a new baby, some just moved, and some simply ran out of hours in the week. You don’t need a big house or a full-time role. If the household work has become a second job, a house manager can help.

Ready to stop running the house by yourself?

Book a free 20-minute call. Tell us what’s falling through the cracks at home. We’ll tell you what a house manager could take on, what the role would pay in your area, and how quickly we can get you finalists. No pressure, and no deposit until after we talk.
