Where do you place right now?

Denver metro — Denver, Boulder, Cherry Creek, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Golden, Littleton, Erie, Louisville, and nearby. We are not taking families in California, New York, Massachusetts, or Illinois. Other cities can join the waitlist.

What do you charge?

$3,000 flat — not a percent of salary. After a free 20-minute fit call, a $750 non-refundable deposit starts the search. The $2,250 balance is due within 5 days of an accepted offer, before the first paid day. A paid trial day is not a hire. If we don’t find your person, you owe nothing beyond the deposit.

How many people will I meet?

2–3 finalists per round, as many rounds as it takes inside a 90-day search window. First group within about 10 business days of you approving the job description; the next group within 7 business days of your feedback. One free 30-day extension and one free role reset are included. The search pauses after 10 business days with no family response.

What is the 90-day replacement?

If the house manager leaves for any reason within 90 days of the start date, we run a replacement search at no extra fee (60-day window, same finalist rules). Conditions: the balance is paid, you tell us within 14 days, and the role has not been materially changed.

What is the Household Playbook Setup?

Every family gets a free starter playbook template. The $495 add-on is us building it with you — a walkthrough, a written playbook before day one, and one revision at 30 days.

Do house managers pay a fee?

Candidates never pay us; families pay our fee.

Do you hire for us?

No. We bring people worth meeting. You make the final call, every time.

Is this a nanny agency?

No. Occasional school pickup can be in the role. Full-time childcare is a different hire.

What if we hire someone you introduced later?

If you (or anyone you refer) hire a candidate we introduced within 12 months, the $2,250 balance is owed. Draft for attorney review.

Do you run background checks?

We run a third-party check only with the candidate’s written permission, and only after a family wants to move forward. We do not ask about criminal history on the initial application.
