Household intake
You fill in the real Tuesday. We turn that into a household profile and a job description you can edit.

House managers apply
Experience, commute, rate, and a few scenarios. We review against your household — location, hours, pay, and the work — and show you why someone fits.
- 04
Shortlist and interviews
2–3 people per round, as many rounds as it takes. First group within about 10 business days of you approving the job description. You meet them. You decide.

Trial, hire, first month
A trial-day scorecard, then week-1 and day-30 check-ins for both of you. If it isn’t working inside 90 days, we rematch.
